Flying a drone with refugee kids

We have set up over 45 families in this single complex with computers, and have come to know many of the children. We’ve seen some amazing results so far in regards to English development and computer adoption. So much so that Ms. Kristy Hunter, Vice-Principal at Montebello Elementary has said that their refugee students are much more comfortable with using a computer now at school after they’ve received one at home.

We couldn’t resist flying the drone around today with the awesome children. It was really nice seeing these kids reach to an amazing piece of technology.
